Airbnb elopements are quickly becoming some of my absolute favorite types of intimate wedding days. Marika and Bryan rented a cozy cabin in the Blue Ridge Mountains for themselves and their closest family and friends. Their reception dinner was set up in the living room! Each detail was so intentional and genuine. Isn’t it such a beautiful cabin? If you’re interested in this cabin property as an airbnb wedding venue, you can check out the Airbnb link here!
They laughed, they cried, & they toasted!
Marika and Bryan cut and served their own wedding cake, and they ended the night by changing into matching flannel shirts and hanging out by the bonfire.
It was perfect. Personal. And overflowing with all the love and joy you could ask for on your wedding day.
So while I understand why elopements and intimate weddings aren’t for everyone, I struggle to imagine why you wouldn’t want exactly this (or some version of this) on your wedding day. This day was so authentically them. They didn’t leave room for any stress or drama, and they didn’t overthink it. They lived it fully with the people they held nearest and dearest surrounding them.Â
Which is exactly what your wedding day should be.

“THESE ARE THE MOST BEAUTIFUL PHOTOS. I cannot get over how stunning your eye is and how these shots turned out. Thank you so so much from the bottom of our hearts. You are truly so talented!!!”
Where is this AirBNB? My fiancee and I are looking for a smaller AirBNB for the tiniest ceremony or a true elopement for just us. Everything I have found is too large or no longer holds events, and it’s heartbreaking for couples with the smallest of budgets.
